To Whom it may concern My Samsung TV partly broke recently . I got contact details of Dilshan through the Internet. I went ahead and called to leave a SMS, not expecting an answer due to the holiday. But to my pleasant surprise, Dilshan Fernando took my call. I explained to him on phone that white spots (Torch lights) that appear on my Samsung TV screen. And once I explained what was going on, he immediately knew what was wrong; it was no guessing game for him. He assured he would make the repair the same business day (Sunday ). He visited my house today. Dilshan’s approach is excellent and has a wonderful patience to listen to customers. I love seeing a skilled TV technician who knows to do the right thing in the right direction. He replaced the faulty part completely and fixed my TV Set within 3 hours. It’s working like new again and I couldn’t be a more satisfied customer! He even offered me care tips to ensure my TV set lasts for years to come. I truly appreciate his knowledge and professionalism. This TV shop will be in my book for repairmen for any other needs that arise! Thanks so much again.
